Automatic Writing
Check out the Westword feature on this class! Automatic writing has been used for over a century to receive communication from spiritual sources, as well as from the subconscious and higher self. In this class, students will practice becoming receptive to information and guidance, and channeling that information by writing with pen and paper. Activities will include receiving guidance for self and for others in the class.
